Anja Pelzer-Brennholt - Docent/Consultant / Systemic Coach for Positive Psychology; Lawyer & Mediator
Key passions - common humanity, diversity and justice; bringing more compassion into communities and systems
Key strengths: Love of Learning, Social Skills, Fairness, Authenticity
Our complex, interdependent world demands systemic thinking, not least to address the many global challenges we face. Human interaction creates social and systemic spaces. I am interested in the systemic impact of compassion and the collective wellbeing that comes with it.
I am intrigued by the power of compassion: Compassion, the motivation to alleviate suffering, strengthens our immune system, creates connections, opens our eyes and possibilities for a better future for ourselves and our planet. Compassion for ourselves and others allows us to question, to change perspective, to see more clearly and to build bridges in our polarized world.
I have been involved in the implementation and teaching of research-based programmes for compassionate integrity, social, emotional, ethical learning and resilience since 2016.As Docent and Consultant for Positive Psychology, as Systemic Coach and Lawyer I am trying to connect different systems, e.g. Law meets Positive Psychology.
